    The Fully Managed package takes care of everything: rent collection, maintenance, inspections, compliance, end-of-tenancy management, and handling disputes. You get a dedicated property manager as your point of contact.

    For Let Only services, we operate on a “No Let, No Fee” basis — you only pay once a tenant is secured. Fully Managed packages are charged monthly as a percentage of the rent.
